How About You Walk In My Shoes?


About a month ago, I was reading a magazine and a woman stated that she lost 70 pounds because of her shoes. At the time, I was on a myriad of meds, trying to shake this bad cold I had. I threw the magazine down and said, "That's it!! I'm going to bed." Yet, I couldn't get the title out of my mind. So, I read the article and sure enough this woman who had given birth and was unable to shed the weight gain said her shoes made her lose weight.

So, I thought that's absurd. I conducted research on the shoes: MBT. These shoes are designed to improve your posture, strengthen your muscles, and tone your body.
